Your manuscript is finished, edited, polished, perfect - and you're keen to self-publish.

Now what?

On Wednesday 17th from 4pm-5pm I'll be the Writers & Artists tweep in residence, ready to answer any questions you have about self-publishing your book.

How do you turn your file into a book that people can buy?

Should you make ebooks, print or both?

Where can you sell it and how do you get it there?

What processes do you need to pay for and what can you do yourself?

How will you let readers know it's available and get reviews?

Are there any differences between publishing fiction or non-fiction?

Will you be able to get into bookshops?

I've spent my life making books. I've run editorial departments in publishers. I've successfully self-published both fiction and non-fiction, in ebooks and in print so I know the pitfalls - and also the pleasures and satisfaction of publishing my own work. I'm also a writing coach and literary novelist and I don't mind chatting about that either!

To get in touch, just tweet @Writers_Artists or @NailYourNovel with your question, include the hash-tag #selfpub and I'll do my very best to answer.

Hope to see you there,

Roz

Hi Jasmin! Happy to add you as a connection - though I'm new here and not entirely sure how! If you would like me to view your work on a consultancy basis we can probably chat more behind the scenes (if I can find them - otherwise you can find me on my blog, which also has my email address!) Nice to meet you.
