We're thrilled to reveal the shortlist for our A Helping Hand competition, in collaboration with whitefox creative agency. We had over 150 entries and whittling the number of brilliant stories down to a shortlist of just four was no easy task.
Without further ado, we're pleased to announce the shortlisted entries. The W&A and whitefox teams thoroughly enjoyed dipping our toes into the stories and we certainly don't envy the mammoth task of deciding a winner.
In no particular order, the four shortlisted stories are:

House of Selam– Haimi Tefera
Filtered – Jane Mansour
My Far Away Country – Linda Lewin
All our shortlisted writers will receive a book bundle and a free place at one of our writing masterclasses.
The winner will also receive an editorial report and a one-off follow-up consultation from a whitefox editor.
Our winner will be announced on Tuesday 24th January!
