I always ask my self... after published, when you get deadlines and stuff, is it possible to keep writing for pleasure?

I'm not sure there is one right answer to that. I would hope though that even when writing becomes your career it wouldn't become a strain. I'd hate to wake up one day and dread opening the laptop!
The common saying is "best of both worlds" and I say, why not? I know many people in other careers who love their work so why shouldn't we? Hard work doesn't mean it can't be enjoyable.
