I think that it would look nice on the cover letter if you tell them how long you have been writing and if you have submitted any articles include the magazine editors names in the cover letter with a brief history of your self.

Thank you for getting back to me I did not know that other members where having problem's with multi-posting I hope that we members can sort this matter out to avoid it happening again.

I did not know that I had six identical replies to one question , the only way that I can think of is that I clicked on the post box and must of done it severa times I hope that I have not bothered you or any member but when I do another post I will refine it to a better standared and not to rush these posts.
Anyway, I'd suggest that you type them at "Add your answer" space and then post it.
