Do you edit or rewrite anything before you're finished with your first draft? I've never really thought about it before, generally I like to edit after a couple of days, but is it better to leave everything until you've finished your first draft?

Hi, Sandra. Naturally, everyone writes and edits differently; therefore, I suggest you trust your own head, heart and instinct as well as any and all comments above that 'speak' to you. Keep well, Dawud.
@ Victoria, These bilingual Computers are really emotional arn't they? :)
@ Andrew, I enjoy your writing so I'm definitly going to try your advice and have a crack at it like you do :)
Hi Sandra
It's very difficult to resist editing but I use sheer willpower to get to the end first. I don't have a plan as such but I do have an ending in sight. I usually write the last climactic scene between the hero and the villain first and then work towards that.
