Don't you feel uncomfortable about Shared Work?

I don't know about you, but I think I'll never feel secure about sharing my work (even here at W&A).

What's your opinion about sharing your projects in our community and also on internet?

T.O I get you complete, but I think that is because I am just as paranoid as you are. :D

I like to blame it all on the, "it's not safe, someone will steal it" excuse, but the truth is, I am just scared! Scared of what people might say or comment. Even though this fear has no basis, (no one ever said harsh words here) it is pretty much like love, we fear the rejection :)

I am not saying post your full or actual work, you know the one you are now slaving over, but perhaps a small story you have that is similar? Or anything else you might have written over the years, because if you want to improve, if you want feedback and comments, then you must post something.

There are dark shadows, evil men and monsters lurking in the shadows, we are not paranoid about that, but you can't see them everywhere you go. Every once in a while, its good to look for the good that can come out of posting parts of your work.

No one will ever come to you, you will have to go to them, and with confidence!

I feel as if I am talking to myself in the mirror :P

I say don't worry, start small (that is what I did) and you will get used to it eventually, it is part of the very exciting process of discovering something new.

It makes me a bit nervous, after being alone with the work so much, but it's also exciting, perhaps like going fishing.
