I am a designer and I have an idea for a colouring book. I am not sure of the best route to get this publish. I have sent the first 10 pages to a number of agents selected because they represent both artists and illustrators. However, with a 6-8 week reply time, I am slightly worried they will all come back and say no. Is this the right way to proceed or should I be approaching appropriate book publishers directly? Or does anyone know of a specific agent I should approach? Thanks.
