Dear Tony (and Sarah),
We will be automatically notified when you reach each level and we will contact you by private message to help you claim your reward. Books earned at level 1 will be posted out to you, while discounts earned can be redeemed by emailing us to confirm which service you would like to purchase and we will then give you booking instructions.

Hi Sarah,
For some reason the search bar has grown and is hiding the link which takes you to the reward structure and pyramid, but there are rewards that you can claim when you reach a new level. I've made it to level 1, which means that I can be rewarded with a Bloomsbury book.
Will let you know more when I do.
