Do I put my Name,Address,Email and Phone # Also word count on the Story?

Hi Gideon,
You can choose any title for your story, but the theme of the story needs to be 'identity'. Do include your name, address, email, phone number and word count in your entry. There is no entrants form, you simply email your entry to us.
