Someone employed to carry out proofreading.
Proper noun
Noun that refers to a particular person, place or thing, for example, John, London, the Louvre. It generally begins with a capital letter and is not usually preceded by an indefinite article.

Involves generating media and public awareness and interest in a book through press releases, book signings, launches and events, book reviews and mailings, and television and radio interviews with the author.
Publicity campaign
Designed to attract media and public interest in a new book through press releases, social media, television, radio and events.
