About the author
Beau Cook is best known for his appearance on Masterchef, Season 4, 2012, when he made the final eight before being eliminated. A career fire fighter who lives just outside Castlemaine in Victoria, Beau’s approach to food is simple and homely with comedic irreverence as well as passion. The fact that his name literally means beautiful cook is not lost on him either.
