Suddenly, I wake up feeling a dull headache.
Where am I?
I try to figure out what's going on around me, however, I can't make out shapes surrounding me, because my eyes are duzzed by greenish brightness as if I came out from underground to the meadow under the sun.
My ears are also dulled and can hear nothing but something like a noise made by a gaggle of many people.
What's happening to me?
I can't move my body----my arms, they are bound to the arms of the cold stone chair.
Now I see. I'm sitting on the chair,as for my body, is too bound to the back of it.
Have I been snatched?
This fear creeps from foot to head, almost bursts out of my mouth.
I wonder my mum is really worried about me.
Gradually, my eyes are accustomed to this brightness, I can see my situation very well now, after a few blinking.
'...settle down, settle down' croaks somebody in front of myself.
Next moment, I jerk my head up, then find myself catching narrow brown pupils belonging to a toad who has a round glasses, a white wig, and a long black cloak
I wonder I become crazy at last.
I tear my eyes from the toad's so that I can look side to side, up and down.
After a few seconds, I found my self sitting on the black stone seat in the middle of the audience(to my surprise, they are also toads and frogs), they are sitting round me in a circle on the platform. My arms are binded to the arms of the chair, so I can't scratch my nose tickling.
' you are...eh...what's your name, boy?'says the toad the very in front of me.
'Me? Leo,m-my name is Leo', I murmur at the corner of my mouth.
'Sorry?', he leans towards me and opens his tremendous wide mouth, so I shrink with fear of being eaten.
'L-Leo, sir'
'...and how old are you, a human boy?', he makes his body backwards then sinks himself in a hard leather chair comfortably.
'I'm six years old, I suppose'
'Do you know your guilt?' he says,as fumbling about something on the desk roughly.
Hi, Rena
You first line confused me:
"I wake up in a strange atmosphere."
Atmosphere can mean the vibe in a room, or the quality of air in a room (to put it simply) - either works in this instance, but you don't follow through and tell the reader which you mean.
Also, do you mean 'gaggle' of many people?
I have the feeling English may not be your first language. If I'm wrong, forgive me.
I do like the idea of a toad wearing a wig, and am intrigued as to why Leo is tied to a chair in front of a circle of toads.
