IDEA

Between success and failure there is a parallel line that correlate with the level of our Faith and the level of our fear; which means anything that led to our failure is encapsulated in our fears. This however, is not limited to pride and what happened between God and the fall of Lucifer which resulted to First Broken Faith in God. Therefore, First Broken Faith; is inspiring tricks of Satan that was encapsulated in fear that led to the fall of man and everything happening in the world now. How does he operate? Let's finds out.

FAITH INSPIRE BRIGHTNESS, FEAR INSPIRE BLINDNESS

The stories of two blind men in the bible speak about men who followed Jesus blindly; they were shouting and crying so that Jesus can hear them. Of course, they were able to receive their sights when they were able to answered the question Jesus asked them (Matthew 9:27-29).

However, there was another story in the bible which focuses on the report that Disciples of Jesus brought before him, about the feeling of the Pharisees on what Jesus Christ was saying. And he answered: Let them alone, they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into ditch (Matthew 15:1-14).

This gives me a great concern that being blind does not mean one physical eye is damaged or impaired; which means that our inability to see does not determine or depend on whether we have physical impaired eye or not but ability to discover one thing “VALUE”.

One person inspired me to write this piece of episode. I saw Cobhams Asuquo on TV featuring an MTN advert and he was putting his best. Tears almost ran out my eyes because I was overwhelmed with his ingenuity. This man is blind, but he can see very clearly. How did that happened? Because he was able to recognize every answers to every questions life pushes before him.

The two blind men in the bible were able to identify that Jesus Christ is the answer to their problems and He asked them question of VALUE. Do you have FAITH in me? And they said, yes master we do Value you, you are the Lord, have mercy on us. They went after Jesus because they have found Value in themselves of which they just need a connection.

The Pharisees, who got offended by what Jesus said, do not see or hear any valuable thing in what Jesus was saying or what he stood for, because they were grabbed with insecurities and inferiority complex that is encapsulated in FEAR that have blinded their eyes from finding Value in themselves; which means it is not the matter of who see or who can't but a matter of who sees VALUE  in the world around them.

Cobhams Asuquo is a writer and producer and he has make name for himself not only here in Nigeria even in overseas because he was able to find VALUE in God, as well in himself. In the light of Cobhams Asuquo, you are not just living your life, you are living it in such a way that you are stirring your Light to the blindness of many of us who have eye but still experiencing darkness. FAITH inspire BRIGHTNESS, FEAR inspire BLINDNESS

I’ve never heard the same passages preached to represent what you’ve written, but I like it. It’s honest and the very application of the verses sentiment inspires a new way of approaching life and how we interpret it.
