I love autumn just like you.

Mary and her grandmother were walking in the park. Mary held her grandmother's hand and they strolled calmly. She looked around at her surroundings. All the tree leaves had turned yellow. Many trees had even shed their branches.
Mary said, "I don't like autumn."
Her grandmother looked at her from behind her glasses. With a hint of sadness, Mary said, "Look! All the leaves have dried up. I can't play in the park anymore."
Her Grandmother gently squeezed her hands and said, "Don't you remember? Last year, you used to come to the park every day during autumn and play. You even played in the park during winter."
Mary realized that her reason for not liking autumn wasn't enough.
But Grandmother said, "But I love autumn. It's somehow like me."
Mary didn't understand the meaning behind Grandmother 's words. There was no similarity between Grandmother and the branches and autumn leaves.
Grandmother sat on one of the park benches. Mary sat next to her. Grandmother said, "Let's close our eyes and listen to the sounds of autumn. It's a kind of game."
Mary closed her eyes and nestled herself in Grandmother 's embrace.
Her whispered softly, "Listen to the sound of the wind! Can you hear it? The wind shakes the branches. The wind says it's time to rest. There's another sound coming. Maybe it's a baby crow. It seems like it's waiting for its mother to bring it water and food."
Mary got closer to Grandmother . Now she could hear her heartbeat too. Grandmother 's heart was beating calmly. Mary thought to herself what a beautiful sound it was. She could even hear her Grandmother 's breaths.
With her eyes still closed, Mary listened to Grandmother 's voice: "Autumn is very kind. It gives wings to the birds so they can fly to warmer places. . "
Mary rested her head on her Grandmother 's lap. She wanted to fall asleep right there, to sleep until the end of autumn and the end of winter.
Mary opened her eyes. Her Grandmother 's eyes were still closed, and she spoke softly. Grandmother 's face was very kind, and Mary leaned closer to her. She loved the warmth of Grandmother 's body. Her warmth was delightful in the autumn air.
Her Grandmother said, "Autumn always has a message for us. It teaches children to enjoy each others . It says, 'Love other people! It says, 'Hurry up! Hurry up in loving others.'"
But Mary didn't feel any rush to love her Grandmother . Whether she was awake or asleep, playing or flipping through a book, she always kept her Grandmother in mind. She could love her forever. Until the end of autumn, until the end of winter, or even until the end of the world.
Mary said, "But I don't rush to love you. I want to be with you like a bird that has a nest on a tree. From morning till night and from night till morning!"
Grandmother said, "But autumn says sometimes we need to go, rest, and explore other worlds. . Autumn says, open your arms and embrace everyone you love!"
Then Grandmother fell silent. It seemed like she had embraced everyone she loved in her thoughts.
In that silence, Mary listened to the sounds of autumn. She thought about her grandmother's words, and her heart longed for autumn and h Grandmother . She felt her heart beating faster. She heard the sound of thump-thump. She wanted to listen to autumn's words, hurry up, and embrace her Grandmother . Mary asked, "Grandmother , can you hear the sound of my heart?"
Grandmother opened her eyes and nodded her head.
Mary said, "My heart says I love you like autumn."
Grandmother wrapped her arms around Mary and placed her head on top.
She said, "I love you like all the seasons."
