I have written a poem discribing kashmir isssue between india and pakistan
There was a beautiful women(kashmir),
Like an angel from heaven,
Her hair whitish like snow,
Green eyes which always glow.
On her(kashmir)two( ind-pak) had crush,
Now what matter was trust.
She was confused wat to do,
Whom to marry and whom to sue.
One will take care of her health,
Other will take away her wealth.
One will take care of her dignity,
Other will exploit her virginity.
One silent night a small little mouse,
with intention to loot invaded her house.
She was all alone on that day,
And intruder decided to take her away.
She was captured and tied with tape,
When india came to know,
Gave them a nasty blow,
And planned her escape.
She after seeing the care,
Which was iteself rare.
She decided to remain with him(IND),
From morning to light dim.
Other(pak) in jealousy eyes red,
Made groups for blood shed.
With 68 years gone,
Not yet a seed of frndshp sawn.
Ind. wid a white flag,
Ready to forgive him for stab.
In 1999 finally sawn the seed,
Peace on both side was only the need,
But before the seed could germinate,
And terror groups could eliminate.
They again stab us on back,
It showed there bravery which they lack.
No tree can ever be grown,
No frndshp could ever be known,
Till the tym armed forces are drawn,
From there side and from my own.
You obviously know your history and the poem tells it in lovely form.
I wondered if you needed to explain which country you were referring to by putting it in brackets- " (Kashmir)"- or if this should be left to the reader?
