These wonderful healthy Futato recipes are recreated from classic Myanmar Yellow Tofu. Myanmar yellow tofu, an origin from Shan State, is made from water, turmeric powder, salt and can be made with either one of these flour yellow split peas flour, garden green peas flour or chickpea flour. Using only from natural ingredients. It is a high protein, low- calorie versatile vegan ingredient.

Futato is different from Chinese tofu because not made from soy milk and not set with a coagulant. Futato is yellow and remains firm when cut. By following the steps below, you can create this unique dish. In addition to being unique, futato is also versatile. It can be eaten raw and ideals for deep-frying, stir fires, curry dish, placed in salad and can be also eaten as warm futato soup. Most people like to use it in main dishes and desserts. Use as part of your own creation; make futato nuggets, futato chips, futato balls, futato wraps. For people who like to snack but be healthy this Futato gyauk or dried futato cracker is firm yellow futato sliced into a thin desire form and dried in the sun(best dry if natural way if not can be dry under low heat oven). For futato cracker you can fried with vegetable oil but you will find this cracker amazing because of its non greasy texture. I experiment futato with my flavors. Ginger and garlic was one of my most selling crackers in Singapore and Myanmar.

Why eat “Futato”? The main ingredients in Futato are chickpea flour and turmeric powder. Chickpea flour contains high protein and less fat. Turmeric powder had been know as reducing the size of tumors 50% and studies show that turmeric help infections and some cancers reduce inflammation.

I experimented with two of my favorite vegetables but most adult or children may not be so fancy about these vegetable. But I would like to encourage to you all to try first. With my culinary experience I made each recipes look cheerful and unique taste.

The two vegetables that I used in my Futato Jelly cake are carrot and green pea. Carrot is full of vitamin A and the bright orange color makes it so attractive to match with futato. Cooked carrots are even healthier than raw. Another vegetable is green pea which contain carotenoids lutein and zeaxanthin, both of which help protect against age-related eyes disease. Does this Spark an idea for a healthy meal and dessert?

I supply raw futato , futato cracker and futato powder mix, as well as an interesting homemade "spices coconut jam" to eat with futato jelly.

Your writing really conveys your enthusiasm! You pack in lots of information and make the product interesting. I can't say I'd ever heard of futato before but you've made it sound worth trying! You sound very genuine, like you really believe what you're writing, and that is always appealing in food writing.

The main issue, I'd say, is you need to develop the technical side of your English writing. The grammar and sentence structure is a bit problematic in places. I assume English isn't your first language, and it's impressive that you can write this well in another language. It would be a shame for this technical issue to stop you from getting across what you want to say. Maybe you have the opportunity to do some more formal English study so you can really get the finer points of English grammar, or if not then I think just reading, reading, reading will help you along.

Good luck with it and thanks for letting us now about futato!
