It's been stated that your work must be written in prose, but what if your bad guy suddenly starts spitting a few lines of rhyme? Is this still accepted?

Also:

Your entry must be submitted before midnight on Sunday 19th May, 2013. Entries will not be accepted after this date.

15. The winner of the competition will be notified in April 2013 and the winning entry published on www.writersandartists.co.uk.

Is the entry date or the release date incorrect?
