Best Blogging platform for writers

Hi I am new here as of this morning. I am working on a novel and want to develop my style and technique through blogging.

Is there a platform which is used by aspiring writers where blogs can be read and commented on by others with the same interests and challenges?

Thank you both for your advice, I appreciate you taking the time to help me.

I will look at Wordpress and Wattpad and generally get to know blogland (love that) and also the W&A question thread.

Regards

I blog through Wordpress, and have met a worldwide community of writers, all of whom are happy to comment, beta read and offer feedback, as well as share and promote each others work. It's very easy to use and I would definitely recommend it for blogging.

If you just want to share your writing and get comments from people, you could also try Wattpad. You can post fiction under genre categories, and basically members can read through and comment.

I will say that regular blogging has definitely helped my technique - there are also lots of writing challenges in blogland that are fun to participate in. So you're definitely on the right track. Good luck!
