Is the "shared work" tab used for all sharing? Is this where blog posts are composed and shared? As a new member I would be grateful for any/ all advice on 'best functioning and contributing' in the Writers & Artists community.

Hi Katie-Ellen

Thank you for your posting to the above question. I've recently joined the writers and artists community and feel like I've just moved schools mid-term. I'm just finding my way around without a map. Is there a writers and artists website handbook or mini guide?

I just discovered the points system, but the system seems to have stopped counting my comments to questions after my first response - not that I think it will effect my life in any major way, but if it's a point system shouldn't it work? It could be that I don't fully understand how it works. I went on the 'How to Get Published' conference in November, but I don't seem to have my points from that either.

Any ideas?

Hello :) Clicking 'Shared Work' allows you to upload one piece of work and receive comments If you want to upload another piece, you will have to delete the previous piece, but at present, the comments to that piece can't be removed which makes things a bit opaque and awkward. Clicking 'Writer's Shared Works' allows you to see others work and comment. Be aware :) You can't currently delete or edit comments after they have been posted.
