I need to seek advice regarding a self published poetry book, yet to be published, that has been partially co written and one of the co writers, who has invested half of the funds for the self publishing, wishes to take their half of the money and their poems back, and prevent me from using the co written poems. The payment was made 3 years ago and the manuscript is ready. I want to proceed... Please give me guidance over my rights and what I should do.
