Go to your Dashboard under your name in the top right hand corner. Below Activity is on the left hand. Below that click Connections. It will show a list ( if there is one) of people who wish to connect with you. You can Accept or Decline the connection.
If you agree to a members request to connect with you. You accept the connection, and then you can send private messages to each other.
To interrelate with other members if you choose to do so. Share ideas and opinions, or comment on each others work.
