What are your opinions on cover letters? Is there a certain structure you tend to follow? There are many examples online. Which ones have worked for you?

I haven't yet written a cover letter however, I have found the following website rather useful for cover letters:

Hope it helps

Yes, streamline, and yet, it must stand out! Trickier than writing the book in my opinion! Hah!

Damien, if that doesnt get you a publishing deal, then I will give up!

I havent attempted a cover letter yet, but I think its important to get it really streamlined. These agents get a tonne of these letters everyday, so they dont want to be sifting through a bunch of stuff they dont need to know

So after you've edited your book, editing the cover letter is just as important!
