YES... I see the images of the act unfold like a movie in my mind and feel the emotion of each character. When I write a sad emotional scene for the first time I will feel it deeply as if I was experiencing it, even cry. I don't force it but let it just happen. When I'm writing a fun and lively scene I usually have upbeat music and get into the mood.
