It's also not clear what the payment method is. Does anyone know if its through paypal?

I can answer the 2nd question. W&As does not accept PayPal. I have asked several times if they've changed their minds, when I want to pay for their Yearbook. This year - once again - I'm having to ask a friend to pay for it with their credit card. (I got my [first ever... and contracted precisely for the Yearbook] credit card blocked when I tried to order this year's Yearbook, and haven't managed to unblock it yet. First time that I've tried to use a credit card of my own to pay for something on-line.)
