Hello. Has anyone submitted anything to East of the Web? I submitted a short story, carefully following their guidelines. The website says an acknowledgment email will be sent and if after 7 days one does not arrived assume the submission hasn't reached them. I waited 12 days and then resubmitted the story. I still have no acknowledgment. I wonder if anyone has any recent experience and van advise because I don't want to be in the, admittedly unlikely situation of sending it elsewhere and then having it accepted by both. Thanks.

I tried to contact them in September 2016. Using their contact form. I had a question regarding copyright infringement.
They did not respond.
