Hey, y'all. Is anyone else planning on attending The Festival of Writing in York this September (http://www.writersworkshop.co.uk/events.html)? From what I've read so far, it seems a longer and more varied version of the How to Hook an Agent event I attended in London recently, which I, for one, found informative, inspiring and useful.

That might be the one I was considering last year. In the end the cost of the festival, the accommodation and the travel was nearly 900 pounds... for just me! I couldn't justify it.
^ Touche. I live in Kent and don't have the funds or transport to get to these type of events - although, I would like too!
