When will the shortlist be announced? The page containing the rules only mentions that the winners will be announced on April 15, 2013 and that there will be a shortlist but no date is mentioned for the latter.

Hi Ajay,
We'll announce a shortlist on the morning of 15 April, followed by the winner and runners-up being announced later that afternoon. We'll be tweeting and posting on Facebook to inform people of the exact times on 15 April, too.
