If you are looking to buy POD books from them and sell them yourself it looks as if they are as good as any other POD publisher. Problems seem to have arisen from their marketing services which make claims they don't deliver on. There is also a lot of talk of royalties going astray when they place books in stores for you. So much so they are being investigated by the State of Florida.

I think that even if you just use them as a POD publisher you are helping to legitimise a company that has some very seriously flaws in their working practices. There are POD companies out there that are simply making their way in a new industry and aren't looking to scam the author for extra services. How do you find them? I'm not sure. How you then promote yourself without the aid of a publisher? I wouldn't have the first clue. There is a reason most opt for a traditional publisher with a large marketing department.
