I'm just curious how many of you have suffered review trolling on Amazon, etc., and what you did about it. I've just had it pointed out that a certain person who took money for an editing service, and then, after a huge delay, provided an unusable travesty, looks to be the same one who gave a bad review of my book, and appears to be doing it to others. There has been a drive by Amazon, due to pressure from authors, to get something done about resentful agents and publishers etc, trolling authors' reviews, so I'm looking into that, but I'd be pleased to accept any tips you have.
Sorry, no idea what to do about this - apart from reporting it to Amazon. But just one more reason why I don't take any notice of reviews on there.
