Kids cartoon Book Series

I have written 10 books. Yes, finished 10 books of 16 in a series for kids aged 5-8 roughly. Been compared to Spongebob (works on 2 levels). Cartoon illustrated books. Merchandising potential is for 30 characters in the books. I am already published. Not self-published. I would like a UK based Agent as I also have a crime novel (finished) and a sci-fi novel half way written. I would prefer a UK publisher. Advice? Should I get ISBN as first book will have covers on back page for "Also available in this series..."

I have to agree with the Others James. Go about getting an agent in the usual way and tell them about what you have already got published. I think it will help towards getting an agent.

I'm a little unclear on your situation.

You don't need to get an ISBN. An ISBN is a unique number assigned to an edition of a book. Unless you are self-publishing, you don't need to think about them.

If you are seeking representation for your crime novel, query UK agents in the normal way (by following the guidelines). Do not mention your sci-fi novel - until it's finished it doesn't matter, and when submitting work, we only submit one project at a time.

You may need more than one agent - one for your children's books and one for your adult novels.
