Light Novel

I was wondering if there is any chance that a japanese light novel that I'm writing can be published in United Kingdom?

I'm having a hard time trying to find some answers all around the Internet, but it felt that my work is futile since I couldn't find any of those answers

I'm already in my 20th chapter, and I thought it was already the time to publish my Novel.

Much appreciated

I think calling it a Japanese light novel is too broad a term as my understanding is that it can be from almost any genre as long as if doesn't go over about 60,000 words and is in a minimalist writing style... which, in fact, describes any light novel. I would remove all labels and submit describing exactly what you have written in terms of genre, length and style, perhaps suggesting the term 'Japanese light novel' but not using it as a discriptor.

As to whether your book can be published, you will only know that if you submit it to an agent/publisher. Asking other people on the internet is pointless. Either it is good enough, and what they are looking for, or it isn't. Good luck.
