First of all, do you have a blog/ website/ any links to online information about your book? (Nothing on your W&A profile?) Don't be shy about including such links wherever you can. I read a lot of short stories but you haven't given me any clues about the type of stories you write, and no way of finding out more, so I don't know if I'd be interested in buying your book - or not.
Are you looking for bloggers willing to review your book? If so, you'll have to give away some review copies. Or are you interested in offering guest posts and interviews? One good place to start might be:
