I don't want to put this here - but can't see anywhere else to contact you...
You keep emailing me offers - this week there is something I actually do want - and the system will not recognise me in your sales section... then, when I finally manage to get it to open for me every effort to buy 2 books progresses to "2 items in basket", followed by a correct checkout page - which is either followed by a lack of recognition of who I am when I try to pay - or - I am told that there is nothing in my basket...
After a morning of attempts I am left steaming/
Would you please either arrange for the sales to me at the discounted prices offered today or stop your machines from wasting my time by sending offers that do not work.
Question - has anyone else been driven mad by the system?
if you were ordering the W&A yearbook, it's worth the trouble, so perhaps you should try ordering again. perhaps you can call them and place your order over the phone?
