Brittany and Lisa are twins. One day when they wake up they relize they have powers. They build a castle and join a school for magical creatures. Everything goes well until the third day when they battle in the school grounds. Brittany is a vampire and ,as you know, they hate garlic. When it starts getting violent, Lisa has no choice but to throw garlic in her sisters face. When they get home, Brittany packs her bag. She takes all the monsters to the underground, or now The Land Of Evil. Lisa will do anything to get her back, even risk her life.

THIS IS A KIDS STORY WRITTEN BY A KID SO I AM PREPARED FOR ANY HATE.

Yes, Grace, it is a good idea, and you have the makings of a plot. You can start by listing working titles for the first 3 chapters.

A few suggestions.

Chapter 1 Introduce the time and place your novel is set in. A brief description of the twins. Show how they discover their powers. Is it a tingling sensation in the hands, glowing finger nails, telepathy, a tremendous surge throughout the body?

The discovery of their powers would make a good landmark ending to the first chapter.

Chapter 2 Show them using their powers to build the castle. A few failed attempts. Have the twins in danger of falling objects like masonry. Have one twin use their powers to save the other. Show them joining the school of magical creatures. A brief description of some magical creatures. Have one or more of the creatures wanting to kill the twins.

Chapter 3 Playground Battle. I'll leave that to your vivid imagination.

I hope that helps.

Good luck.

You will not receive hate here, Grace. Why would you assume that? You're asking for comments on your ideas, and that's what you'll get.

It isn't the idea that makes a story - it's the way you tell it. Why not write a full version of what you've thought up, and see how it goes? The more you write, the better you'll get, no matter how old you are.
