Also. try Authonomy.com, which works a little differently from youwriteon but still has ample opportunity to swap reviews. Both these sites have helped improve my writing.
On the down-side, both sites have the opportunity for writers with enought 'points' to win a professional review which might lead to some spamming for 'glowing' review swaps in order to gain points, still, there are many good writers that give serious well considered and insightful comments.
Thankyou so much Sonya. i will try youwriteon.com!
it was really helpful :)
Zohaib, as discussed in an earlier question on this site- do check out online sites like youwriteon.com, where you can submit unto 7,000 words of your work for free to get reviewed by other members, who are often seasoned writers and journalists. You will need to review others books on a reciprocal basis to get credits to have your book reviewed.
Check out friends and family who are willing to help, also teachers if you are at University.
Other sites which I haven't tried yet are AbsoluteWrite, Water Cooler and what pad.
Hope this helps
