i am not looking for free editing. i was just saying i need an editor to edit my work. then how can i say a budget when i dont know how much an editor will collect?

You can't get an editor to work for free. No one does. There is a section called Editorial Services where you can get an editor to look through your work. Still, the question remains; how big is your budget?
