For me I like reclining in either my bed or in my 'writers' chair. :)

I once had an office in a tower with 360 degree views and an enormous desk that took up nearly half the room. It was the stuff of dreams. Not terribly productive, though. I've found I get more done in a beige room with the blinds closed :)
I like to write on my laptop sitting in an armchair.
If I have to completely concentrate on a passage of text, I write in silence. I listen to classical music on low volume when I'm editing.
