Hi, I can't seem to find out exactly how a UK play should be formatted? Or if there's a PC programme for it. Help appreciated.

On 1st May there is a 2wk course online on screenwriting starting with University of East Anglia (U.E.A) I've just finished it. It teaches you how to put together a full script, it has four tutors who teach you online and gives you step by step instruction. Best of all it's free. Details of enrolling should be on their website, just google it. Good luck.

Hi Alison,

There is Amazon Story builder that's designed for writing films and TV scripts. I haven't used it myself, but some seem to like it. There are also play writing templates available for scrivener. Both can be found by googling.

Good luck with the play.
