Hi, in autumn I'm running an after-school club with a few children aimed at reading and writing. My plan is to get them all to write a short story and then collect them all up and self publish them.
My question is: What are the legal issues with this? Would a parents permission be enough or would something more drastic be the case? Thank you in advance!
I think it would depend on what (if anything) you charged for the book. If you were going to charge and the proceeds went to the school for example, i can't imagine any parent would have a problem with it.
