It's not an automated system, so there will sometimes be a delay in receiving the email, and you only progressed to Level 3 on Friday - please accept our apologies for being a bit slow!
You should now have the invitation to one of our events :)

Andrew, I do not see it as a problem. Besides, you may not want to attend any event just to use up your 520 points and gain a discount. It would be more beneficial for you to contact the person dealing with an advertised event that you would like to attend.
I do not recall being notified of any events at level three or level four. I surmise that this is normal. It did not bother me, as it is very unlikely I will ever use the points I have accumulated.
