I appreciate we are all on tender hooks reference the short story competition freedom that will be announced on the 27th of March on this site.
As I understand from the response admin left on recent Q and A's that there is not going to be any announcement to the winner or runners-up prior to the event on the evening.
I was just wondering if it would end up working like this.....
The winner of the short story competition freedom 2013 is ??(At home with his wife and children)
And the runner-up of the competition Is ?????? (Working a night shift)
I would love to attend the event and support the winner and runners up but I live in Leamington spa. How many of you will be going? I'm just quite grateful the loser does not get informed, saves me sitting about waiting.

While it will give you even more work to do would you please consider my suggestion (posted previously) that the event should be videoed? I accept that this would probably not be viable for this year but might it be worth considering for next year?
