You could try contacting Literature Wales. Don't know whether they can help but worth a try. Or search the internet for writers' groups. You may of course have already done these things. If so, apologies.
I lived in Cardiff up until two years ago when I moved to Spain - doctors advised this should reduce my problem with rusting. Anyway, a few years ago I used to belong to a group in Cardiff that met near the university buildings in the centre. Can't remember which building sorry.
