Success stories from W&A

Hello,

Just out of general interest and to help with general writing motivation; are there any success stories to come out of W&A shared works?

I'm fairly new to this site and writing in general. I've also been looking at nanowrimo and enjoyed reading about some of the success stories there and was wondering if there was anything similar here.

Cheers

That's great Helen. Just started looking at your blog and seen the book on Amazon and goodreads. That's exactly the type of good news story I think is nice for other aspiring writers to hear.

Congratulations on the book, sounds great and i will put it on my list after writing. It all sounds very exciting for you, how's No Quarter coming along?

So it sounds like I just haven't been a member for long enough and seen blogs etc on success.

If by success you mean published, then I can say I shared some work here a while ago and it's now a published book and doing reasonably well :-)

Also I've contributed some guest blogs to this site, something I wouldn't have thought I'd be doing when I initially signed on.

And finally I've also made a some very nice friend connections with other writers I've met through W&A.

So there you go :-)

Ha ha. That is a very good evil laugh you have there, Jimmy. Personally...I was probably doomed before I started, so no harm to me by joining. It is nice to read some good news stories, how help and assistance from this site and community has helped someone become published etc.
