I would like to thank you all for your input ref: Jacob Jones and the order of seven.
First due to me being very ill as I published the book things did not go to plan and the book was never pushed for people to see so I think I may have a second chance.
You have all give me food for thought and that I am grateful for. The book will no longer be called Jacob Jones and the order of seven... Yes to much like HP and I have removed one chapter to speed up the storyline and it has worked out very well.
I have spoken to JK Rowling's PA today and along with them and her publishers they are both happy there is no infringement to the Harry Potter series of books. I am still looking for a name to replace Jacob Jones so any suggestions would be fantastic.
Once more as much as I may have sounded upset I loved every comment I received good or bad.... Hang on never bad just good old Writing advice so thanks all.

Hey honey, I don't think the problem was with the Jacob Jones bit, it was the order of seven bit. You could always still call him Jacob Jones as lots of books are named after the character, but think of a different name for the adventure. Unfortunately i have missed the postings of your book so am unsure of the adventure to give you any useful ideas. :) Keep going honey. Have you used the Youwriteon website? It's great for getting really useful reviews. :)
