Unnerving cheek

How would you describe cheek/arrogance in a story ? I have tried to do so in many of my novels but feel that they seem murky...

Any opinions or tips ?

"Show not Tell"

Everything is said !

Because it's quiet what's happenning in real life.

You realize someone is arrogant, humble, good or evil bu seeing his actions, listening his speech, not because a third person, or some voice told you that (even in this case, you would make sure of this by yourself)

It's no good describing a character as evil, compassionate, generous, mean, single-minded, loyal, wise etc. You have to 'Show not Tell' by fleshing out each of your characters.

There many ways to 'Show not Tell' cheek or arrogance.

1) By the characters actions.

2) By the characters streams or thought.

3) By the characters dialogue.

4) By other characters streams of thought.

5) During conversations between two or more characters.
