US Agents

As an author in the UK, what are the rules - if any - about having a US Agent? Is it a stupid idea? Are there any benefits?

Replies

Maggie - yup. British speech goes 'like this', while U.S. goes "like this". Also differences in comma use, etc, but it's not a big deal.

I would add that you also need to research the differences in how you query/pitch between UK/USA.
