Where is Everyone?

by Robert Mann
21st April 2012

I had been away from the site since just before Easter and returned a couple of days ago to find hardly anyone is/has commented on anyone else's shared work. Where have you all gone - it looked like we were building a healthy community of commentators?

I've not been as active recently due to some computer issues restricting the time I have been able to spend online. iPhones are great, but limited in the amount i can do over 3G on this site.

I have been able to do a lot more writing though. Just I'll have to type it all up once my new computer arrives.

Perhaps it is also because we are reading the shortlisted entries in the 2012 competition. Reading these and thinking about them has certainly occupied my attention. I have only commented on a few of them though.

Must be an Easter thing Robert. I've just returned also.

Barbara-I've just answered your question before looking at Roberts and I just wanted to point out that often those who are overly critically of their own work are usually (I've found),very good writers.

I would encourage you to put something up and I promise to provide feedback. Alternatively, please feel free to add me as a connection, if you want to start small, share your work with only one or two of us.

Best Wishes

Debbie
