There isn't any money in poetry but then again there isn't any poetry in money either.
You do not pay to get published. DO NOT GIVE MONEY TO PEOPLE WHO PROMISE TO PUBLISH YOUR BOOK.
Agents do not publish your book - they sell your book to publishers. They earn a percentage of your income. If you don't get paid, neither do they.
You can find a list of UK literary agents on this website (there is a subscription fee) or for US agents try QueryTracker or AgentQuery.
Very few people represent poetry as it is a very small market. I suggest you try selling the individual poems to magazines and journals - Duotrope has a comprehensive online database of markets (again, there is a subscription fee) - but it is a very competitive market.
