Simon I am staggered that you have had no response to your question. I'm afraid I am not the right person to answer because I write mainly for pleasure. I was so dissolutioned when I was beginning to enjoy writing I opted out of the rat race and I am more successful in competitions than in marketing. The latest listing I have is 2005.
