This four-week course zooms in on the form of the short story, taking in not only its definition and history but exploring its key elements, such as pacing, description, characterisation, the hook and much more. We'll also take a look at the world of getting your writing published, giving you a full insight from creating a story to seeing it in print. The course also includes a one-hour one-to-one session with course leader Alex Davis.

Week Four - getting your short stories published

All sessions run online from 12:30pm-1:30pm on Tuesdays. One-to-ones to be arranged at a time to suit participants.
